A typical session in my swimming class

Should I arrive early?

– Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the class to get changed and ready to go.

– A Swim Stars coordinator, an agent of the structure or arrows will show you where the changing rooms are so you can get changed.

How do I find my coach or my child’s coach?

– If several coaches are in the pool at the same time, a Swim Stars coordinator will ask for your name to let you know which coach you’re with.

– In the other case, there will be just one coach.

– What’s more, the name of your coach is indicated on your reservation, and the names of the coaches are posted on the pool wall.

Can I stay with my child during class?

– Some pools have benches so you can watch your child during the lesson, but others don’t have room for parents, so you’ll have to leave your child with the coach.

Is the coach in the water?

– Whether for children or adults, the coach is always in the water with the students .

How long does a swimming lesson last?

– For children’s classes (BABY SWIMMING, SELF-RESCUE, LEARNING, PERF), the duration is 30 minutes .

– Adult courses (AQUAPHOBE, DÉBUTANT, PERF ADULTE) last 45 minutes .

After class?

– 3 minutes before the end of the lesson, the coach brings the students and parents together to debrief the session.

Each pool has its own information. To access it, go to the page of the pool you wish to visit, on the www.swimstars.co website, in the “POOL & RATES” tab (click on the pool sheet once the pool has been selected).

What’s more, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with all the information you need for your first lesson, depending on the pool you’ve chosen.
