At Swim Stars, everything is done online! You buy, book and cancel your lessons directly from the student’s account.
To purchase lessons, you must already have a Swim Stars account.
1. You already know the pool where you want to book
- Login to the student’s account from the swimstars.co website ( MY ACCOUNT section) or the Swim Stars mobile application.
From a computer
- Access the purchase from the SUMMARY tab by clicking on one of these buttons
- Choose what you want to buy
- Validate your basket, then access the schedule to book the time slot of your choice.
From the mobile application
- Access purchases from the PURCHASE tab
- Choose what you want to buy
- Confirm your basket, then go to the PLANNING tab to reserve the slot of your choice.
2. You don’t know the pool where you want to book
- Go to the tab
POOLS & RATES
on swimstars.co - Filter by children’s or adult class level and choose the pool nearest you using the interactive map.
- Click on the pool you’re interested in to find all the information you need (address, prices, photos, schedule…).
- Proceed to purchase using the “BUY” button; you will be redirected to the online purchase and reservation system.

- Enter your bank details, purchase your course and then book in the full calendar.
