When purchasing a course card (or pack), under article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay any withdrawal penalties.
If you decide to take your first lesson before the end of the fourteen-day period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The above-mentioned period runs from acceptance of the offer by the Customer.
The withdrawal period for a subscription is fourteen (14) clear days, subject to the same conditions set out above.
Your request for cancellation must be sent by the cat of the swimming pool where you take lessons.
