Everything is done online! You create a personal account for each student. Then you buy and book your lessons in the Swim Stars pools of your choice, and can cancel them up to 4 hours in advance in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Register a student
From a computer
- From the swimstars.co website under MY ACCOUNT
- Select “I am a student” and your city
- Enter the STUDENT’S first and last names, gender, an email (which will be your login), a telephone number and a password.
- You can then complete the profile with your zip code and, why not, a photo!
From the Swim Stars mobile application
- Open the downloaded application from your phone
- Select “I am a student” and your city
- First, enter an email address (which will be your login) and a password.
- You can then complete the profile with the STUDENT’S first name, surname and date of birth, gender, telephone number, zip code and, why not, a photo!
Several students in the same family?
Repeat the operation as many times as there are students!
It is necessary to create ONE ACCOUNT PER STUDENT with two different emails* for several reasons:
- enable the coach to monitor the student’s progress
- not to have more than one student registered under the same name
- subscriptions or course packs are for one student only and cannot be split between students
You’ll then have access to the student’s online account, allowing you to make purchases and manage your reservations in just a few clicks from the swimstars.co website ormobile app!
* If you don’t have a second e-mail address, customer service can quickly create one for you!
Easily switch from one account to another!
Call Customer Service to link the 2 accounts to enable a single login with a single e-mail address and password.
From a computer :
When logging on to the first student’s account, you’ll have the option of “logging on as” on the top-right button to choose the second student’s account without having to enter the second e-mail address and password for the second account created.
Buy separately on each student account
For a subscription :
You must take out a monthly subscription on each separate account.
Single sign-on means you can switch from one account to another without having to log in again with a different e-mail address and password.
For a pack :
You must purchase a course pack for each student account.
However, if you would prefer to purchase several course packs (excluding subscriptions*) on the same account, you can call Customer Service to link the two accounts . transfer the second course card purchased for the second student.
Book for both your children from the same connection
After our customer service team has matched your account with a course pack , you can log in and access the calendar to book courses from your first account. You will have the option of booking for “me” or for “second child’s first name” by clicking on the drop-down list when confirming your booking.
