At Swim Stars, everything is done online! You buy, book and cancel your lessons directly from the student’s account.
You can log in from the swimstars.co website or from the Swim Stars mobile app.
From a computer
- On the swimstars.co website, click on MY ACCOUNT (in the menu bar)
- Click on “I am a student” and choose your city
- Enter the email address linked to the account and the password you have chosen
- Now you’re connected!
From the mobile application
- Open the application and click on “I am a student”.
- Enter the email address linked to the account and the password you have chosen
- Now you’re connected!

Once logged in, you can buy, book or cancel lessons for the student linked to the account.
To perform these operations for another student, log out and then log back in with a different login (email address).
Other possible tips for managing 2 or more connections at the same time on a computer :
– open a second window in private browsing
– use two different web browsers
