We guarantee a permanent coach in our various pools, but we’re never immune to a change of coach from one day to the next. We always prefer to replace a coach with an equally competent one rather than cancel a course.
More and more of you are swimming with us! In the event of absence and therefore last-minute replacement, we are unable to inform all parents.
To avoid catching your child unprepared, check your schedule regularly for updates on the Swim Stars website or app.
IMPORTANT
Meeting a new coach can be very beneficial for the student’s learning process, as he or she may be able to click. It’s even important for children to learn to swim with several people, as their favorite coach won’t always be by their side.
And don’t worry! Our coaches are all state-qualified and certified to Swim Stars standards, so you can be sure of the same pedagogical experience. They are trained to assess students’ level in just a few minutes at the start of a lesson.
