How to pause
Whatever your subscription formula, you can suspend your subscription for up to 1 month*, split or not, per 6-month period.
Your lessons will be postponed and so will your next invoice.
- In the event of long-term illness or injury exceeding the duration of your subscription contract, we will ask you to attach a medical certificate.
- If you are pregnant, please send us a pregnancy certificate.
- In the event of aquaphobia, which has resulted in your child repeatedly (3 attempts minimum) refusing to enter the water, do the exercises or take part in the entire course, you can request a long-term suspension.
- In the event of an unforeseen change in professional activity (with proof).
