What I need to know before my first class

Please arrive 20-30 minutes early for a first lesson or a change of pool.
Let the receptionist, coordinator or coach know that this is the first time you or your child have taken a Swim Stars lesson.
We lend bathing caps and goggles if you need them, but don’t forget your towel!
We advise you to invest in a neoprene wetsuit; younger children are more sensitive to the cold.
Some of our pools have loaner wetsuits, but not all of them; ask the coach or receptionist on site.
The coach, who teaches the course in the water with the students, gives a briefing at the start of each lesson.
In the vast majority of our pools, parents (1 accompanying adult per child) remain clothed on the edge of the pool (except for baby-swimming classes where parents are also in the water) or nearby and attend the session (several arrangements are possible depending on the pool: in a tier, next to the pool, behind glass…).
You can also leave and return at the end of the corns.
Be sure to return before the end of the class to collect your child and benefit from the coach’s debriefing.
