At Swim Stars, everything is done online! You buy, book and cancel your lessons directly from the student’s account.
Before you can purchase and book lessons, you must have an account and be connected to the account of the student for whom you want to book.
Before you can book courses, you must have course credits on your account, whether it’s a DISCOVER COURSE, a MEMBERSHIP or a COURSE PACK.
Do you do everything from your mobile app? This way!
From a computer
– Once logged into the account of the student for whom you wish to make a reservation, access the SUMMARY tab.
- Display and use filters via the funnel sign (Establishment: pool – Activity: course level) to view only the slots that interest you.
- Choose your course and click on book
- For each reservation, select the credit to be used
If no credits are available, the site displays a list of courses available for purchase. Always use the course credits that expire first.
- A window appears when your reservation is confirmed
- If you wish to make a new reservation with the same criteria, click on Reserve again.
- Find your reservations in the SUMMARY tab by clicking on MY PROFILE
- Access shortcuts for booking with the same filters
- You will receive a confirmation email after each booking.
