I can’t connect to my account from a computer
Problem 1
- Pages load poorly or not at all
We recommend that you connect to swimstars.co using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Internet Explorer blocks many functions.
Problem 2
- Forgotten the password associated with your Swim Stars login?
To reset your password, you need to know your Swim Stars login: this is the e-mail address associated with the student’s account.
As a reminder, a different email address is required for each account, and therefore for each student.
– On the login screen
– Click on “forgot password
– Enter the email address linked to the account
– Check your mailbox for the link to “create a new password”.
The email comes from “BSPORT” and may have found its way into your spam!
Problem 3
- Swim Stars account login forgotten
If you can’t remember your Swim Stars login or which email is linked to which student, search your mailboxes for emails from Swim Stars (the student’s name is always shown), or contact us!
