Modify or cancel a reservation

Something unexpected? Log in to your account and cancel your lesson up to 4 hours in advance!

You can book a class up to the last minute via the class schedule and you have the option to cancel your classes without them being deducted as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

IMPORTANT
Cancel your swimming lesson yourself via your account, even if you’re under the 4-hour deadline.
The cancellation will be taken into account, proving that you didn’t attend the class and freeing up the place for another student! Only cancelled courses can be re-credited.
A class cancelled less than 24 hours in advance can only be made up with a medical certificate.
The medical certificate is to be sent by chat from the page of the pool where you swim.

Please do not call customer service, cancellations cannot be made over the phone.

 

How to cancel my swimming lesson #

By logging into your account on the swimstars.co website or mobile application.

From a computer

  • Log in to the student’s account, then access the SUMMARY tab
  • In MY NEXT SESSIONS click on the course’s CANCEL button

The swimming lesson will automatically be put back into your lesson basket and can be rescheduled straight away. If the course is cancelled within the 4-hour time limit, the lesson is deducted and lost.

 

From the mobile application

  • Login to student account
  • Access scheduled courses in the BOOKINGS tab and find the course you want to cancel
  • Click on UNSUBSCRIBE

The swimming lesson will be automatically added back to your lesson basket and can be rescheduled straight away (via the PLANNING tab). If the course is cancelled within the 4-hour time limit, the lesson is deducted and lost.

How to retrieve a cancelled lesson #

Bookings cancelled more than 4 hours before the start of the lesson will be automatically refunded: the lesson will be credited back to your account.
Less than 4 hours in advance, the cancelled lesson will be deducted and lost.
Lost lessons can only be recovered with a medical certificate.
The medical certificate is to be sent by chat from the page of the pool where you swim.
Please note: only lessons previously cancelled on the account can be re-credited in order to prove that the student was not on the course.
