Memberships can be used every month in the pool(s) where the contract is taken out.
Packs give access to all course programs and all pools in the network where the pack was purchased. Reservations up to the last minute and cancellations up to 4 hours in advance.
The advantages of a subscription are: the best price, priority access to reserved slots, flexibility with the possibility of requesting a break (absence, illness…) and regularity, because it’s the best way to take part in an activity all year round and make rapid progress!
With a subscription, you have access to all course programs offered in the network of the pool where your contract is taken out.
With a 6-month commitment, you get the best price. At the end of the 6 months, renewal is monthly, so there’s no commitment. You leave when you want and stay as long as you want!
The no-obligation subscription is a formula with monthly direct debit for an additional €10 per month. You can cancel at any time.
Both contracts have to be terminated in order to be stopped.
Nothing could be easier! You can cancel your membership by sending a message from the swimstars.co website, on the Chat page of the pool where you take your lessons. Please allow 15 days’ notice.
