“To prevent many drowning accidents; the solution is learning to swim from the age of 3. “.
A first franchise in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (78), a second in Crespières (78), and a third in Cannes (06)! With her professional experience in the field of sports, Sabrina Partouche has created a triple franchise.
Hard-working and athletic all her life
Swim Stars : Hello Sabrina and thank you for your time. Can you tell us who you are, where you come from? What is your background?
My name is Sabrina Partouche and I am 30 years old. I live in Saint-Cyr-l’École.
Since I was very young, I have been involved in a sports environment, especially in the associative sector. After my Bachelor’s degree in social relations, I obtained three Master’s degrees: sports law; human resources management; strategic management and change management within organizations.
I now work for the Groupement d’Employeurs Profession Sport et Loisirs Francilien, where I have different functions: personnel and activity manager of the GE as well as work-study and civic service referent. We are established in many departments of Ile-de-France: 75, 77, 91, 93 and 94.
My wish is to help the professionalization of the French sports movement, in order to secure the legal aspects of sports.
What made you want to join the Swim Stars adventure?
As part of my job, I work with CDOS 93 (Comité Départemental Olympique et Sportif) on the “Je nage donc je suis” program during the school vacations. I wanted to continue and develop this initiative, in particular with the “0 drowning plan” deployed by Swim Stars.
We can prevent many tragedies and drowning accidents; the solution lies in learning to swim from the age of 3. Adults are also prone to accidents, and those who weren’t lucky enough to benefit from swimming lessons in their youth are also taken care of at our facility.
A suitable concept for progress
What did you like or find interesting about the Swim Stars franchise model?
As a Swim Stars franchisee, I benefit from quality support and marketing follow-up. The customer service department also helps me solve certain problems that can be complicated to manage in the field, especially when you have three franchises.
What’s more, being able to offer quality lessons in a small group enables students to progress much faster and more serenely. I’ve seen some aquaphobic children and adults make great progress; it’s immensely satisfying to see them blossom as they go along, but what’s even more gratifying is to see them happy to come to their swimming lessons.
Is it incompatible to undertake and keep time for your passions, your family, your loved ones?
Of course not! I choose the number of hours, days and slots I want to open for booking. I have the possibility to have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to keep time for my personal activities. With the support of my husband, we can manage this activity very easily.
I choose my own schedule so that I have time for my personal activities.
After all, we are in a swimming school! What aquatic species would you be?
Because of my fish phobia, I would say…a mermaid!
A final word?
I’m usually shy about beautiful promises, but the Swim Stars concept immediately appealed to me.
Beyond the entrepreneurial side, each child or adult is a little further away from drowning thanks to my swimming lessons. It gives me a sense of accomplishment.
