AUTO-RESCUE®

From age 3

- The Auto-Rescue® swimming lesson is the first step in learning to swim.

- This anti-drowning program has been designed to teach your child survival reflexes in the event of a fall into the water, as well as the basics of swimming : breathing, buoyancy and propulsion.

- 4 badges to obtain: Know how to float, Know how to submerge, Know how to swim and the AUTO-RESCUE® badge.

Once you've earned these 4 badges in the Oak app, you'll be able to earn the AUTO-RESCUE® badge for real!

- The level is validated by passing the Auto-Rescue® test: jumping, floating, swimming and getting out of the water on your own.

Learning

- The Apprentice course will first make sure your child is safe in the water (Auto-Rescue® program) before developing independence and technique.

- After learning how to save himself, your child learns to swim and acquires the fundamentals: breathing, balance and movement.

- 4 badges to earn: Know how to float, Know how to submerge, Know how to swim and the LEARNING badge.

Once you've earned these 4 badges in the Oak app, you'll be able to earn the APPRENTICESHIP badge for real!

- When your child can swim 25m without human or material assistance, pass under an obstacle, he will have validated the anti-panic test and can move up to the Perf & Sauvetage level!

Perf & Sauvetage

- Can your child swim 25m unassisted?

- This is the time to confirm your fundamentals and perfect your 4 strokes.

- Backstroke, crawl, breaststroke and butterfly: your child will become a real dolphin!

- 4 badges to obtain: Know how to swim 200m, Know how to swim 400m, Know how to swim 1km and the PERF & SAUVETAGE badge.

Once you've earned these 4 badges in the Oak app, you'll be able to earn the PERF & SAUVETAGE badge for real!
