Children aged 3 and over: introduction to water safety

Even before learning to swim, children need to acquire survival reflexes. Swim Stars’ Auto-Rescue program, available from age 3, teaches children to return to shore, float on their backs and stabilize themselves in the event of a fall. This phase lasts an average of 3 to 6 months, depending on the child’s pace, with one lesson a week.
