Children's swimming lessons Perf & Sauvetage

Drowning is the 1st cause of death from accidents in everyday life in children under 25. Children under the age of 6 account for 43% of all cases, and most of them take place in private swimming pools (Santé Publique France figures).

Most drownings are preventable. Among the preventive advice issued by government bodies, teaching children to swim is one of the most important: it’s important to teach them to swim as early as possible.

What are the objectives of the Perf & Sauvetage level?

In all our programs, your child will have fun without any stress.

We target the qualities of each individual to reinforce the ability to acquire skills, the aim being to learn to challenge oneself and build self-confidence.

Students will deepen their understanding of the 4 codified strokes (backstroke, crawl, breaststroke, butterfly) and perfect their technique.

The Perf level is the continuation of our Apprentice program.
It is accessible to older children who have passed the Anti-Panic Test: jump into the water without equipment, turn over to float on your back, maintain a vertical position with your head above the water, swim 25m independently without assistance, cross a water line.

And after the Perf level? Your child will have all the keys to joining a swimming club.
