Laure, passionate about water sports and running, author of the wellness blog Santa Mila, tells us how Olivier, lifeguard and Swim Stars manager, managed to help her progress by taking better breaths for the Speedo challenge launched in partnership with Swim Stars last May.

Objective

: to make runners run a wet kilometer thoroughly to prepare them for the 20 km of Paris !

Warm-up: 100 m breaststroke + 100 m freestyle

Session:

50m with fins and board

1 x 50m with fins and board. Hold the board with the right hand, left hand along the body while breathing on the side

1 x 50m with fins and board. Hold the board with the left hand, right hand along the body while breathing on the side

I00m crawl caught with the board

100m front crawl without board

100m freestyle with fins

4 x 50m with the pull buoy between the legs

4 x 25m at speed, lowering the breathing rate each time. 1 min. recovery time between sessions

Recovery: 100 m swim of your choice

Total: 1050 m
