Private pool at 6 avenue Desambrois, 06000 Nice, open 7 days a week. Two heated pools: 32°C for baby swimming and gentle classes, 27°C for aquasport. The coach is in the water at every class.
- Baby swimming from 4 months: 8 babies max, one parent in the water with the coach.
- Children: Auto-Rescue® from age 3, 4 pupils max, to build safety reflexes first; then Learning from age 5, 5 pupils max, until they swim on their own.
- Adult beginners and water-phobic adults: 4 people max, the coach is in the water with you.
- Aquabike, aquagym, aquaboxing: 10 people max, you can stand, no need to know how to swim.
- Classes all year round, book and cancel online.

Before you book
From what age can you start?
From 4 months for baby swimming, from age 3 in Auto-Rescue® and from age 5 in Learning, at any age for adults. Pick the activity in the prices above and book the discovery class.
Do I need to know how to swim?
No. Beginners and water-phobic adults are welcome in groups of 4 max, with the coach in the water. For aquasport classes you can stand in the pool. The discovery class is there to try.
How does the discovery class work?
You book a slot online, arrive 10 minutes early, and the coach welcomes you at the poolside. After the class you choose your plan, or leave it there: no commitment.
How much does it cost?
The discovery class costs from €10 in Nice. Then packs or subscriptions with no commitment: everything is in the prices above.
