Swim Stars swimming lessons are located in Palaiseau Polytechnique in the Essonne department, for the safety of all. Swim
Stars offers courses in the large 25m x 12.5m pool housed in the Ecole Polytechnique. A spacious and heated swimming pool that welcomes all levels of children and adults, to learn to save, to swim and to improve in the best conditions!

  • PERF from age 8: this is the time to confirm your fundamentals and perfect your 4 strokes.


  • AQUAPHOBE ADULT from 16 years old

     AQUAPHOBE: This complete learning program is a 12-step approach to give you the skills and techniques to learn to enjoy the water.

  • BEGINNER ADULT from 16 years old
    The course is adapted to absolute beginners who wish to learn all the basics of swimming. It adapts to the level of each person thanks to a step-by-step progression.

  • ADULT PERF from 16 years old
    Learn the proper swimming techniques to increase your endurance, speed and breathing.

  • The coaches are in the water with the students and supervise small groups.
  • Classes last 30 minutes for children with a debriefing at the end of thesession, and 45 minutes for adults .
