With our swimming program for baby swimmers, toddlers aged 4 to 35 months can experience a fascinating adventure alongside the Ocean Guardians. They’ll discover the joys of water and the aquatic world in a playful way.
From an early age, we teach children survival reflexes and basic swimming principles, skills that are essential throughout their lives:

From age 5: Master the basics of swimming.
Perf & Sauvetage from age 8: Perfect your techniques and learn rescue.
Our swimming lessons for adults are suitable for all levels. Whether you’re looking to overcome a fear of water, learn to swim independently, or improve your technique, we’ve got the right program for you!
Aquaphobia from age 16 Overcome your fear of water.
Beginner from age 16 Become independent in the water.
Perf Adult from age 16 Improve your swimming techniques.
Children must be accompanied by an adult in the changing rooms before and after swimming lessons. In the water, they are under the responsibility of the lifeguard.
Our swimming lesson packs are strictly personal and reserved for one child only. They cannot be shared or transferred to other students.
Parents are allowed to attend their children’s swimming sessions. Dedicated areas are set aside for you to observe and encourage your child in complete safety and discretion.
We offer swimming programs specifically designed for each age group, enabling each child to develop his or her aquatic skills safely and effectively. These programs are adapted to the needs and skill levels of each age group:
As soon as you arrive, our coordinator will give you a warm welcome and introduce you to your swimming coach, who will already be in the water, ready to start the session. Each course is designed to optimize learning in a safe and stimulating environment. A 10-minute debriefing is scheduled at the end of each session with the coach to assess your progress and discuss future goals, guaranteeing personalized attention and advice tailored to your needs.
To participate in our swimming lessons, each swimmer must be equipped with the following items:
We advise you to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the course to prepare your child and ensure optimum punctuality.
The duration of swimming lessons depends on the program chosen. For children, courses such as Bébé Nageur (from 4 months), Auto-Rescue® (from 3 years), Apprentissage (from 5 years), and Perfectionnement et Sauvetage (from 8 years) last 30 minutes. For adults, including beginners, aquaphobics and those wishing to perfect their skills (from age 16), classes last 45 minutes. This organization enables us to meet the specific needs of each age group and level of experience.
You can cancel your swimming lessons via your online account. It is essential to do so at least 4 hours before the scheduled lesson time for the cancellation to be taken into account.
For your comfort, the water in our pools is maintained at an ideal temperature of 30°C.

It improves strength and flexibility, reduces stress and exerts little pressure on the joints, making it ideal for people with joint problems or looking for a less strenuous physical activity.
