We offer programs tailored to different age groups to enable each child to develop their swimming skills safely and effectively:
* Bébé Nageur: from 4 months, a gentle introduction to water for toddlers.
* Auto-Rescue®: from age 3, where children learn essential water safety techniques.
* Learn to swim: from age 5, to teach the fundamentals of swimming and build confidence in the water.
* Perfecting and lifesaving: from age 8, for children who want to improve their swimming techniques and learn lifesaving skills.
On arrival, you’ll be warmly greeted by our coordinator who will introduce you to your swimming coach. Your coach will be waiting for you in the water to start your session. Each course is designed to maximize learning in a safe and engaging environment. At the end of the session, a 10-minute debriefing is scheduled with the coach to monitor your progress and discuss future goals. This time ensures that each swimmer receives personalized attention and advice tailored to his or her needs.
To take part in our swimming lessons, each swimmer must bring the following equipment:
* Bathing cap: Mandatory for reasons of hygiene and to keep hair out of the face while swimming.
* Swimsuit: A swimsuit suitable for swimming is essential to ensure comfort and freedom of movement.
* Swimming goggles: Recommended to protect eyes from chlorine and improve underwater visibility.
* Towel: For drying off after class.
* Sandals: For safe movement around the pool.
This equipment is essential to ensure the safety, comfort and hygiene of all participants during the course.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the start of class to prepare your child and ensure an on-time start.
Course duration varies according to program:
* 30 minutes for children’s courses, including Bébé Nageur (from 4 months), Auto-Rescue® (from 3 years), Apprentissage (from 5 years), and Perfectionnement et Sauvetage (from 8 years).
